Free to request. You see every quote before you commit to anything.

What happens after you send it

1. We read your request and email you from hello@manufacturerquotes.com if anything is missing, such as materials, size, packaging or the finish you want.
2. We look for factories that make your product, overseas first, in countries such as China, Vietnam, India and Mexico. If you ask for US-made, we look in the US.
3. We send you the quotes that fit your request. Each one is our price per unit, which includes our service and margin, and states its shipping terms: the Incoterms rule and the named place, so you can see which costs are in the price and which are yours.
4. You decide. Asking for quotes costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You pay only for the samples or goods you order.

What makes a quote accurate

The more a factory knows, the closer its first price is to the real one. These details matter most:

• Quantity. Unit prices usually fall as the order grows, and many factories have a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
• Materials and finish. Name the material, the grade or the fabric weight if you know it.
• Packaging. Say whether you need retail packaging, printed labels or a bare product in cartons.
• Target price. A target helps us leave out quotes you would not take. It does not lock you into anything.

On our usual FOB or FCA terms, the destination does not change our price, but it changes what the goods cost you: duty, freight and fees depend on where they go. Compare quotes by what each costs landed at your door, not by the unit price alone.

What we do with your request

We use what you send to find and ask factories for quotes, and we share your product details with the factories we ask. We do not give factories your name, email address or company when we ask for quotes.

We do not name the factory while you compare quotes. If you order, the import documents name it where customs or compliance rules require.
