Request quotes for your product
Published by Manufacturer Quotes. Editorial policy. Updated .
Tell us what you want made. By the end of the next business day (US Eastern time) we email you up to five named manufacturers that fit, or tell you if none do. Then we introduce you by email. It is free for brands, needs no account and commits you to nothing.
What happens after you send it
- We read your request and email you from hello@manufacturerquotes.com if anything is missing, such as materials, size, packaging or the finish you want.
- We look for manufacturers that make your product, overseas first, in countries such as China, Vietnam, India and Mexico. If you ask for US-made, we look in the US.
- By the end of the next business day, we email you the manufacturers that fit your request, each one named. Then we introduce you by email.
- The manufacturers quote you directly, and you decide. It is free for brands and commits you to nothing; any order is between you and the manufacturer.
What makes a first price accurate
The more a manufacturer knows, the closer its first price is to the real one. These details matter most:
- Quantity. Unit prices usually fall as the order grows, and many factories have a minimum order quantity (MOQ).
- Materials and finish. Name the material, the grade or the fabric weight if you know it.
- Packaging. Say whether you need retail packaging, printed labels or a bare product in cartons.
- Target price. A target tells a manufacturer early whether it can work to your price, and it does not lock you into anything. Give it to each manufacturer once you are introduced. The "Anything else" box on the last step of the form is for us and is never sent to a manufacturer.
Ask each manufacturer to state its shipping terms, as an Incoterms rule and a named place. The destination changes what the goods cost you: duty, freight and fees depend on where they go. Compare quotes by what each costs landed at your door, not by the unit price alone. If you are also writing to factories yourself, our RFQ template puts these details in one message you can send to each.
What we do with your request
We use what you send to find manufacturers that fit and to introduce you to them.
We name every manufacturer we suggest. We share your name and contact details with a manufacturer only if you tell us we may.
Without that permission, a manufacturer learns what you want made, the quantity, the timing, where you would like it made and any samples or certifications you need, as you described them, but not your name, email address, company or website, until you ask us to introduce you. The privacy notice sets out what the form collects, who sees it and how long we keep it.
